Charles R. Bowles is an accomplished health and safety leader with extensive experience across the manufacturing, corporate, and medical industries. As the Director of Safety and Human Resources at Two State Construction in Thomson, Georgia, Charles plays a vital role in overseeing operations for this international construction and industrial maintenance contractor.
